We want you to get the best from your investment in JET-TECH. If you have encountered a problem with your product, please consult the FAQ's page on our website and the extensive 'Help' files that came with your product (see below).

For Jet-Tech Pro v14.x and v15.x, the 'Help' files can be found in the 'Jet-Tech Manuals' folder on your Desktop. For Jet-Tech Pro v17.x and all other Jet-Tech software, the 'Help' files are accessed by pressing F1 on your computer keyboard or clicking on the '?' in the corner of the screen that you need help for.

 

Should you still need our help then please advise what problem you have had via this support form and include any error message and Software Status Check numbers - it will only take a moment! This enables us to deal with your support request more effectively as the information requested helps us to pinpoint the issue, prioritise the email (we receive in excess of 130 emails each day via our general email address) and track the request quickly.
